Say it once. It goes out on every channel, in every size.
For people with several products and no time to post. Billboard Badger reads each product's site, plans one schedule across all of them, writes the posts, lays out the artwork at every size each channel needs, and publishes on your own accounts. You approve each post, or let a channel send once it has earned it.
Being built in the open. Live today: accounts, billing and the agent connection. Next: products set up from a URL, with a style sheet each. Anything below marked Coming is designed and not yet built, in the order on the roadmap.
Tallyroom Thu 09:00
Counting stock is the easy half. Getting it into your accounts was the other half. Tallyroom now exports the whole count as one CSV, in one tap.
Tallyroom style sheet, version 4. Navy and orange, Gelasio headings in place of the site's Georgia, logo bottom left. One original piece, 6 sizes, counted once. Short video comes later.
Coming
Paste a URL. Check one page. Say go.
It reads the site and writes down what it found: what the product is, who it is for, how it talks, its colours, type and logo, each with the page it came from. Then it proposes channels and a cadence and drafts the first three weeks. Anything on that page can be changed with a sentence, and nothing is made public before Go.

Each channel on each product is set to Ask first or Autopilot. Autopilot holds every post in a 24 hour review window before it goes out, and one button pauses everything.

Moved the winter hive guide to 5 Oct, because Tallyroom 2.0 launches the week of 21 Sep. Say "put the winter guide back to the 21st" to have both in one week.
- Ask first
- A draft waits for Approve, a sentence to change it, or Bin. Every channel starts here.
- Autopilot
- Once 10 of a product's posts are approved without an edit, a channel can send by itself, with Stop it on every post. Coming
- Pause everything
- One button, or one sentence to your agent.
- Never automatic
- Replies and direct messages are not features at all. Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News and Substack are drafted for you to paste.
Or say it to Claude.
Billboard Badger is an MCP server as well as a website. Today Claude can read your plan, your usage and your products. Each phase adds the tools for what it builds, from making a draft to pausing everything, on your own account only.
